Celebrating the life of Mr. Wayne B. Colvin
Thank you for signing Mr. Wayne B. Colvin's Guestbook
Even though death is part of our lives now, we can find comfort and hope in knowing it will not always be. Even the pain and grief death brings will be reversed. That will become a reality because it is a promise that comes from the Fulfiller of all his promises, God. By means of the resurrection promised at 1 Corinthians 15:21, 22, death will be conquered-no more. Yes there is the real hope of seeing your loved one restored to life just Jesus brought Lazarus forth from the tomb. this account is a preview of what he will do as stated at John 5:28. As you read those words imagine the joy that will be experienced when the dead is freed from death. So sorry for your loss.

God cares for the brokenhearted; Psalm 34:18 assures us that he is close to them. Psalm 147:3 says: "He heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7) jw.org

I had the privilege of getting to know and care for Wayne, who quickly found his way into my heart. I always enjoyed “singing” with him and we shared many fun times. His absence is palpable and he is loved and missed by all of us who were blessed to know him. My condolences to all Wayne’s family during this time.
