I want to offer my condolences for the loss of your loved one. The Bible offers this hope at Acts 24’15 which says there is going to be a resurrection. This has given hope to many May it do the same for your family.

God will sustain you with his "right hand of righteousness" during this difficult time and through each passing day. Isaiah 41:10 says: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be anxious, for I am your God. I will fortify you, yes, I will help you, I will really hold on to you with my right hand of righteousness". Isaiah 41:13; I "am grasping your right hand, the One (God) saying to you,...'I will help you'". Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)

Death can be a overwhelming challenge to the living. Why because as humans we want our loved ones to be with us forever. Look at what Eccesiastes 9:5 says about the dead know nothing, and John says they are asleep. Knowing this helps us look forward to the time when this scripture is fulfilled John 5:28,29 (the resurrection). Even though this is challenging for we will miss the ones we love,Psalmist 46:1 he (Jehovah) is our strength, refuge and a help in times of distress. Let him be this for your family.

I wish to convey my deepest sympathy to the Draughon family in the loss of your love one. I have familiar feeling because I too have lost love ones in death. For many years I wondered why, then one day while reading the bible, I came across Roman 5:12 where it says in effect that because Adam disobeyed God command he brought sin and death upon all mankind. We do feel hopeless because we can't bring them back to us but we are not left without hope because Jesus promised to resurrect those in the grave. He has done so!!!. Scriptures such as John 5:28,29 and Acts 24:15 can comfort your family.

I truly hope the family will derive comfort from this promise that comes from Almightyi God. He is truly sadden when someone dies. He is hurt and shares your pain and grief. At Hosea 13:14 in the Bible he promises this: “ From the power of the Grave I will redeem them. From death I will recover them.” Knowing that we can see our dead loved ones again truly helps in coping with the loss. It has been a tremendous help to me and hope it will be the same for your family.

Hello Draughon Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such loses, is the wonderful proise of Chrit Jesus, recoed for our comfort at John 5: 28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief toe, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.

You have my deepest sympathy. However, there is a future hope found in Isaiah 25:8 where it states “ He will swallow up death forever”. Hopefully, this scripture will bring you comfort. Once again, you have my deepest sorrows.
With Kind Regards,
