Celebrating the life of Mr. John P. Henderson
Thank you for signing Mr. John P. Henderson's Guestbook
The loss of a loved one is devastating to say the least but happily there is someone who can provide the greatest comfort of all that is our heavenly Father. In the Bible at 2 Cor. 1:3, 4 he is referred to as the God of all comfort and the Father of tender mercies. He comforts us with the hope of the resurrection and reveals to us in his word the Bible the condition of the Dead. When the family feel up to it please read Acts 24:15 and Eccl. 9:5, 10. His mercy is shown by the fact that he encourages us to throw our burdens and anxieties on him and he will sustain us. (Ps 55:22) May your family receive comfort as you read and meditate on these scriptures. so sorry for your loss.

Hello Henderson Family, I'm a neighbor living in the area.
Having heard of your most recent loss, I want to leave you a brief post. I too, well know the grief of losing love ones, and that at times like these, it is encouraging just to know that others are thinking about us. Something that has really helped me to cope with such losses, is the wonderful promise of Christ Jesus, recorded for our comfort at John 5 :28,29. I hope, that when you are feeling up to it, that you are going to look up these powerful Scriptures, in your copy of The Bible. Also, I hope that this brief note, finds The Family feeling as good as can be expected Today.

At 1JOHN 3:19,20 the bible assures us that God is greater than our hearts and knows all things. He is fully aware of all our circumstances, thoughts, and feelings. He has empathy for us. God can help us to gain a profound sense of peace and transquility that can actually surpass all human understanding thus the peace of God can triumph over any challenge that we may face, even death. May our heavenly father grant you peace. May you have undeserved kindness and peace from God our father and the lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor.1:3
